Dust clings to the rusted hood as the car idles in the scorched Californian desert, its once-sleek frame pitted and sun-bleached, a relic of a world long gone. Inside, the radio crackles to life with eerie persistence, broadcasting static-laced fragments of forgotten songs and ghostly DJ banter from some bunker or automated loop, echoing across the wasteland like a voice from the dead.
