Probing not optional

Zognar's bulbous head tilted back as an eerie, high-pitched cackle echoed through the brightly lit probing chamber of the scout craft. His obsidian eyes shimmered with delight as he observed the trembling, goose-pimpled humans shivering on the cold slab before him.
